Bk Services GmbH offers the unique product of a Europe-wide Retail-Maintenance service with a 24h-emergency support.

Our clients receive a highly professional service in their stores. This service covers the trades of an electrician, an air-conditioning and ventilation technician, a plumber, a locksmith as well as a repair service.

We also give our clients an assessment and maintenance guarantee for country specific requirements and legal inspections.

Our own service technicians are on site in every country in Europe. They maintain our clients’ stores in the national language and are all fully qualified, professional craftsmen, who are aware of our clients’ needs.

They visit the stores in regular intervals with fully equipped service vehicles, so that we can guarantee that the stores are always in a perfect condition.

Should nonetheless an emergency occur, and our service technician is presently not on site, Bk Services offers a free 24h-emergency hotline, which covers all trades.
